Tuscan Pasta
Preparation Time: 8 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
  • Penne pasta
  • Arugula
  • Sundried tomatoes
  • Basil
  • TOPPERS GARLIC & FINE HERBS
  • Olive oil
Instructions:
  • Cook pasta until it is “al dente”
  • Drain pasta then put in a large bowl
  • Slice sundried tomatoes into strips
  • Add arugula, sundried tomatoes, and Toppers Garlic & Fine Herbs to pasta
  • Drizzle olive oil over pasta, season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


Tip:
For more flavor, mix a spoonful of olive tapenade in the olive oil
