Preparation

Ingredients:
- Penne pasta
- Arugula
- Sundried tomatoes
- Basil
- TOPPERS GARLIC & FINE HERBS
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- Cook pasta until it is “al dente”
- Drain pasta then put in a large bowl
- Slice sundried tomatoes into strips
- Add arugula, sundried tomatoes, and Toppers Garlic & Fine
Herbs to pasta
- Drizzle olive oil over pasta, season with salt
and freshly ground pepper to taste
Tip:
For more flavor, mix a spoonful of olive tapenade in the olive oil
