Preparation
Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
Cooking: 5 min
Ingredients:
- 1 frisée lettuce head
- 4 eggs
- 7 oz chopped bacon
- 3 tbsp of sherry wine or vinegar
- 1 package Boursin Toppers Garlic & Fine Herbs, crumbled
Instructions:
- Wash the lettuce thoroughly, discarding the large outer leaves. Shred, drain and place in a roomy salad bowl that allows you to toss the salad easily.
- Soft-boil the eggs by placing them in a pan of cold water, bringing it to a boil, and simmering for 5 min. Shell the eggs carefully.
- While the eggs are cooking, place the bacon pieces in a non-stick frying pan without oil and brown for 5 min, deglaze with the vinegar and add them to the salad immediately, along with the cooking juices.
- Add the Boursin and toss the salad. Serve each guest and place an egg on each plate. Hand the pepper mill round the table.
Tip:
By using the juices from the bacon for your dressing, you can avoid using oil and add delicious flavour to your salad.
