Country-Style Salad
Preparation Time: 8 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
  • Arugula
  • Mushrooms
  • Crispy bacon crumbles
  • TOPPERS GARLIC & FINE HERBS
  • Balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions:
  • Cook bacon until crispy; drain on a paper towel, crumble when fully cool
  • Cut mushrooms into thin slices
  • Place arugula in a large bowl and scatter Toppers Garlic & Fine Herbs, mushroom slices and bacon crumbles on top
  • Add dressing and season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Lightly toss to dress greens


Tip:
For a richer flavor, sauté’ mushrooms in a tablespoon of olive oil
