Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- Arugula
- Mushrooms
- Crispy bacon crumbles
- TOPPERS GARLIC & FINE HERBS
- Balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions:
- Cook bacon until crispy; drain on a paper towel,
crumble when fully cool
- Cut mushrooms into thin slices
- Place arugula in a large bowl and scatter Toppers
Garlic & Fine Herbs, mushroom slices and bacon
crumbles on top
- Add dressing and season with salt and freshly ground
pepper to taste
- Lightly toss to dress greens
Tip:
For a richer flavor, sauté’ mushrooms in a
tablespoon of olive oil
