Ingredients:
- Baby Spinach
- Avocado
- Smoked duck fillet
- TOPPERS GARLIC & FINE HERBS
Dressing:
- Sunflower oil
- Sherry vinegar
Instructions:
- Rinse spinach leaves and place in a large bowl
- Cut both avocado and smoked duck fillet into thin
slices
- Scatter Toppers Garlic & Fine Herbs, avocado
and duck onto salad
- Whisk sunflower oil and sherry vinegar to create
dressing
- Add dressing and season with salt and freshly ground
pepper to taste
- Toss salad lightly to dress all greens
Tip:
Squeeze lemon juice on the avocado slices to keep them from oxidizing.
