California Salad
Preparation Time: 8 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
  • Baby Spinach
  • Avocado
  • Smoked duck fillet
  • TOPPERS GARLIC & FINE HERBS
Dressing:
  • Sunflower oil
  • Sherry vinegar
Instructions:
  • Rinse spinach leaves and place in a large bowl
  • Cut both avocado and smoked duck fillet into thin slices
  • Scatter Toppers Garlic & Fine Herbs, avocado and duck onto salad
  • Whisk sunflower oil and sherry vinegar to create dressing
  • Add dressing and season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Toss salad lightly to dress all greens


Tip:
Squeeze lemon juice on the avocado slices to keep them from oxidizing.
