Makes 10 potatoes
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 10 round baby potatoes
- 2 ounces Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 4 ounces crème fraîche
- 2 ounces Salmon roe
- 2 ounces Boursin Pepper
- 8 ounces Cooked shrimp
Instructions:
Cook baby potatoes in salted water for around 10 minutes until tender; allow to cool. After cutting off the top, gently hollow out each potato with a teaspoon. Mix Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs with half of the crème fraîche. Fill half the potatoes with the mixture and top them with salmon roe. Fill the remaining potatoes with Boursin Pepper mixed with the remaining crème fraîche and top them off with cooked shrimp.
Tip:
Garnish the roe-filled potatoes with chopped chives and the shrimp-filled potatoes with dill.
