Ingredients:
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained (reserve 1/4 cup pasta water)
- 1 package (5.2 oz.) Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
In large bowl, toss hot macaroni, reserved hot pasta water, Boursin, tomatoes, salt and pepper until Boursin is melted.
