Makes 1 sandwich
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/3 French baguette (about 7-in.), halved lengthwise
- 1/2 cup Boursin®, any flavor
- 1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3 slices roast turkey (about 3 oz.)
- Flat leaf parsley
Instructions:
Spread Boursin on both sides of bread. Top one side with mushrooms, turkey and parsley, then place remaining baguette on top.
Tip:
To serve warm, heat sandwich at 325°F for 4 minutes or until warm.
