Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 boneless sirloin steaks, 1 inch thick (about 1 lb. each)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 package (5.2 oz.) Boursin® Pepper or Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 2 teaspoons whipping or heavy cream or milk
Instructions:
In 12-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and cook steaks until desired doneness. Remove steaks and keep warm. In same skillet, add water, scraping brown bits from bottom of pan. Stir in Boursin and cream until sauce thickens. On serving platters, arrange steaks. Pour sauce over steaks.
