Mini Tomato Pizzas

Ingredients:
  • 8.8 oz pizza dough
  • 5.3 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 package Boursin® Shallot & Chive
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp of oregano
  • 16 small, de-stoned black olives
Instructions:
Pre-heat the oven to 355°. Roll the dough out on a work surface dusted with flour. Cut 8 mini pizza bases around 3 inches across with a pastry cutter or overturned glass. Spread the tomato sauce on the pizzas, and then spread with Boursin. Slice the tomatoes, remove the seeds and juice and arrange on the pizzas. Place two olives on each pizza and sprinkle with oregano. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes and serve hot.

Tip:
Ready-made pizza dough sold in supermarkets is easier to use than baker's dough.
