Grilled Peaches with Creamy Boursin® Filling
Serves 4
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 4 Medium ripe peaches or nectarines, cut in halves, stones removed
  • 2 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 Package Boursin® Fig, Raisin & Nut
Instructions:

1. Pre-heat grill or broiler to medium-high. Brush each cut half with melted butter. Place directly on grill, cut-side down or under broiler cut-side up. Cook 6 to 7 minutes turning once until tender and browned.

2. Remove from grill and spoon about 1 rounded tablespoon of Boursin in each peach half. Serve drizzled with Balsamic glaze and garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.

BALSAMIC GLAZE
In small saucepan bring 1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar and 2 tablespoons sugar to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 4 to 5 minutes or until syrupy and reduced by half.
