Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces mixed salad greens (about 9 cups)
- 1 cup red grapes, halved (about 30)
- 1/2 cup walnut halves, toasted
- 2 medium pears, cored and julienned
- 1 package (5.2 oz.) Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs, crumbled
- 1/3 cup Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
In large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, grapes, walnuts, pears and Boursin; set aside. In a small bowl, blend olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Drizzle over greens, then toss. Garnish, if desired, with endive leaves.
