Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 10 thin baguette slices
- 1 package Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 2 ounces pine nuts
- 2 ounces sun-dried tomato marinated in olive oil
Instructions:
Briefly grill 10 thin baguette slices. Leave them to cool down, spread them with Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs, and then garnish them with pine nuts (pre-roasted in a hot oven for 5 minutes) and pieces of sun-dried tomato marinated in olive oil.
Tip:
You can replace the tomatoes with grilled red peppers marinated in olive oil and the pine nuts with thin slices of Parma ham.
