Ingredients:
- 1 package Boursin® Apple, Cranberry & Cinnamon, crumbled
- 9 oz strawberries
- 1 large cantaloupe
- 1 tbsp of pastis* or any other aniseed drink
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 2 oz pine nuts
- 10 basil leaves

Instructions:
Wash and dry the strawberries and remove the stalks. Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds and dice the flesh.
Grill the pine nuts without oil. Pour all of the ingredients into a large bowl and leave to marinate for one hour at room temperature.
Place in the fridge if you are not planning to eat the salad straightaway. Garnish the salad with chopped basil leaves before serving.
Chef's tip: Leaving the salad to stand allows the flavours to mingle and mature.
